Shipping & Delivery
Meyasa ships internationally. Because every piece is made to order, shipping begins once production is complete.
Production time
Our production period is approximately 7–15 days. This timeframe applies to production only and does not include shipping or delivery time.
Shipping
Shipping time is separate from the 7–15 day production period and will vary depending on the destination and courier.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery information.
If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer results in a failed delivery or requires redelivery, any additional delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Delays
Meyasa is not responsible for courier or customs delays outside its reasonable control.
Receiving your order
Any incorrect, damaged, or defective item must be reported to Meyasa by email within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer must provide their order details and clear photographs showing the issue.
