Made to Order

Every Meyasa piece is made to order and enters production once an order has been successfully placed.

Our production period is approximately 7–15 days. This timeframe applies to production only and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, including changes to the selected size, submitted measurements, or button preference.

Customers may select their standard abaya size when placing an order.

An optional measurement box is provided for customers who wish to submit their exact measurements. Where measurements are provided, the submitted measurements will take priority over the selected standard size and will be used for production.

If no measurements are submitted, the piece will be produced according to the standard size selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all sizes and measurements submitted are complete and accurate. Meyasa is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.

Each Meyasa piece is available exclusively in the colour and design displayed on its product page. Alternative colours or design changes cannot be requested unless an option is specifically offered on the product page.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Where offered, customers may choose whether they would like their abaya with or without buttons.

The selected option is confirmed when the order is placed and cannot be changed afterward.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with or for their Meyasa piece.

Meyasa is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, ironing, dry cleaning, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
